Founded in 2025 and based in Vancouver, WA, our leadership brings over 30 years of staffing experience across multiple industries — now focused on elevating the standard of care in healthcare staffing.

We added RLA Care Services to our RLA brand portfolio in 2025 to focus on staffing CNA's to senior care facilities. Our founders have over 30+ cumulative years of staffing experience across multiple highly regulated industries, and over 50+ cumulative years of experience managing teams.
